Sean McShane
Founder & CEO
For almost a decade now, Sean has been committed to the laboratory industry and, in particular, the sustainability and viability of rural health care and the communities that depend on it. Sean also has a high-level sporting background that has seen him compete, coach and manage successful teams and coordinate sporting events in many countries throughout the world. Sean has an uncanny ability to develop top competitive talent. Sean has served as Director of Financial Services as well as Director of Marketing and Business Development. Through these roles, he has gained experience with company compliance requirements, corporate strategy, and capital funding facilitation.
Gary Fitzpatrick
Chief Operations & IT Officer
Gary specializes in operations of strategies and process improvement through the use of technology. He acquired his technology expertise first in the Navy while serving aboard the USS Forrestal and the USS John F. Kennedy. His previous roles included National Director of connectivity Quest Diagnostics and then at Accumen. He created the Technology Roadmap and managed the development and integration teams through the start-up process for multiple hospital laboratories including ACL Laboratories in Chicago and Sharp Healthcare in San Diego. Gary spent 25 years in the laboratory business focused on integration for lab outreach services. His responsibilities included building integration solutions and processes for the physician and hospital connectivity strategy at Quest Laboratories. Under his leadership, he has overseen the integration of over 25,000 interfaces.
Anthony (Tony) Liston
Chief Financial Officer
Tony has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and has managed finance operations across various industries in the United Kingdom, United States, China, and Australia; he also holds significant experience as a Company Director and Secretary. As an original member of InReach, Tony employs his expertise to navigate the revenue cycle alongside our hospital partners. His cost reporting and reconciliation skills have been invaluable over the last 7 years.
Marty Caldwell
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Marty brings over 30 years of experience that crosses multiple segments of the diagnostics industry. Since his beginnings in a small independent lab in rural Oregon, he has been recognized for his ability to build and execute high performing sales teams in both the physician and hospital segments. In addition to being a sales director for the two largest laboratories in the nation, Marty has worked inside the complex IDN environment helping hospital partners develop integrated strategies and core lab development concepts as well as directly managing sales and service for one of the top independent outreach programs in the United States. He brings a passion for developing community-based programs and a personal desire to preserve the values of Rural and Community Based Healthcare.
Marty’s experience in NW, West Coast, and National sales leadership positions gives him a broad perspective as well as deeply rooted relationships across the industry.
Frank Velazquez, MD
InReach Advocate
Dr. Velázquez is the former President and CEO of Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML) and PAML Ventures, a healthcare solutions company with a focus in diagnostics. Prior to his role at PAML, Dr. Velázquez held numerous clinical, academic, and executive positions in healthcare systems, academic institutions, and publicly traded companies. He received his training at the Mallory Institute of Pathology and the Boston University Medical Center. Subsequently, he obtained a Masters in Healthcare Management from Harvard University. In addition to being a nationally recognized Pathologist and Physician Executive, Dr. Velázquez has significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, financial turn-around, and system integration.
