Our Leadership & Partners
As CEO, Cody is in charge of identifying growth opportunities for current and prospective partners. His visionary and change agent leadership have made Cody wildly successful at transforming clinical labs from profit-draining cost centers into sustainable revenue engines. Prior to joining InReach as CEO, Cody was a founding member of Accumen’s successful customer transformation model – Operational Excellence – that focused on scaling best practices for supply chain, outreach, patient blood management & clinical test menu utilization. The prior decade, Cody led LabCorp/Dynacare as VP Operations for the Pacific Northwest region. In this critical leadership role, Cody guided all business operations for the $140-million-dollar region for the 2nd largest independent clinical lab in the US with $3.5 billion in annual revenue.

Sean has a high-level sporting background that has seen him compete, coach and manage successful teams and coordinate sporting events in many countries throughout the world. Sean has an uncanny ability to develop top competitive talent. Sean has served as Director of Financial Services as well as Director of Marketing and Business Development. Through these roles, he has gained experience with company compliance requirements, corporate strategy, and capital funding facilitation. In 2015, Sean founded InReach Community Dx. Sean understands the requirements to create successful partnerships and manages our partner’s effective onboarding.

Michelle is responsible for InReach Physicians Solutions, which includes Physicians Business Development and operational execution. Her deep experience in commercial laboratory business development and laboratory operations enables our hospital partners to quickly maximize productivity and profitability. Michelle began her career as a Microbiology Medical Technologist at Dynacare Laboratories (Now LabCorp), and moved quickly into LabCorp’s top business development and sales position, running laboratory sales and service for the Pacific Northwest. After 10 years at LabCorp, Michelle moved to Phoenix, AZ to assume Director of Sales & Account Services for Sonora Quest Laboratories, Arizona’s most successful clinical laboratory.
Chief Information Officer
Gary specializes in operations of strategies and process improvement through the use of technology. He acquired his technology expertise first in the Navy while serving aboard the USS Forrestal and the USS John F. Kennedy. His previous roles included National Director of connectivity at Accumen. He created the Technology Roadmap and managed the development and integration teams through the start-up process for multiple hospital laboratories including ACL Laboratories in Chicago and Sharp Healthcare in San Diego. Prior to his time at Accumen, Gary spent 18 years at Quest Diagnostics as National Director of Integration. His responsibilities included building integration solutions and processes for the physician and hospital connectivity strategy at Quest Laboratories. Under his leadership, he has overseen the integration of over 25,000 interfaces.
Marty brings over 30 years of experience that crosses multiple segments of the diagnostics industry. Since his beginnings in a small independent lab in rural Oregon, he has been recognized for his ability to build and execute high performing sales teams in both the physician and hospital segments. In addition to being a sales director for the two largest laboratories in the nation, Marty has worked inside the complex IDN environment helping hospital partners develop integrated strategies and core lab development concepts as well as directly managing sales and service for one of the top independent outreach programs in the United States. He brings a passion for developing community-based programs and a personal desire to preserve the values of Rural and Community Based Healthcare. Marty’s experience in NW, West Coast, and National sales leadership positions gives him a broad perspective as well as deeply rooted relationships across the industry.
