Jack Bergstrom joins InReach as Board Director
Jack Bergstrom joins the InReach Board of Directors as an Independent director overseeing strategic partnerships. Jack has extensive healthcare and laboratory background with heavy emphasis in M&A and strategic partnerships.
Jack’s Background –
- Jack co-led a private equity-backed purchase (GTCR) of a northern Virginia based laboratory in 1997 which went on to become one of the most successful clinical laboratories, AML.
- Jack led a private equity-backed acquisition (Thompson Street Capital Partners) of Indianapolis based DCL, a regional women’s health laboratory with revenue of $26 M and breakeven EBITDA. Jack served as Executive Chairman and repositioned the company as a full-service lab and expanded its market presence to Cincinnati and Kentucky while also expanding a clinical trials business significantly.
- Jack led a private equity-backed purchase (Eureka Growth Capital) of Drug Scan, a $6M workplace toxicology lab in suburban Philadelphia.
Jack serves on various boards representing both investors and independent laboratories.
